Jason Fox - Consistently Recognized as a Top Producing Real Estate Professional

Jason Fox was born in Everett, WA, and currently lives in the Meadowdale neighborhood in Lynnwood. Throughout his life, he has resided in various parts of the Puget Sound area, enriching his deep connection to the community.

With 20 years in the real estate industry, Jason has held diverse roles, including General Manager of a real estate CRM engagement business, Founder of two real estate marketing agencies, and Marketing Manager for a top title and escrow service. His expertise is further highlighted by his work as a nationally recognized blogger for the Jason Fox Real Estate Marketing Blog.

Today, Jason is an award-winning residential real estate sales agent, Co-Founder of The Madrona Group, and Co-Owner of several John L. Scott offices, including those in Ballard, Westwood, Bothell, and Federal Way. His leadership and vision have significantly contributed to the growth and success of these offices.

Jason is passionately involved in his community, notably contributing to Autism Awareness —a cause close to his heart as both he and his son are diagnosed with ASD. His community involvement extends to organizations like Neighbors in Need, the Forgotten Children’s Fund, WELD Seattle, the Union Gospel Mission, White Center Food Bank, and Lake Stevens Food Bank, all dedicated to assisting the homeless and those in need in the greater Seattle area.

"My passion is being able to give back to the community that has given so much to me," Jason says.

When not helping his clients achieve homeownership, Jason enjoys being a dad to his four children—Carter, Rowen, Tyler, and Hudson—and a husband to his amazing wife Sarah. He loves hiking, working around the house, cheering for the Seahawks, Mariners, Kraken and Huskies, and golfing.
